After 25 years of cooking for family and friends, Sally decided it was time to take her show on the road. Our Louisiana Cuisine Catering business started in 2011, we are here today in 2012 with our first Gumbo Shack. A simple enjoyment of experiencing the satisfaction and smiles placed upon the faces of good people enjoying good food is what Chef Sally is all about. Down home cooking from the heart is what makes our food sooooooooooooooo good.
